Brazil Diverse Coffee

A Brazilian producer makes coffee with physical disabilities. By "respecting diversity," They can improve coffee quality and aim to "support individuality" sustainably. They handle coffees that only they can make, and together with our company, we polish the gemstones and transmit their value.

Diverse Coffee Project is working to create products that specialize in the social and economic values of people with disabilities worldwide and to express and value the "diversity of coffee" and create a value called Diverse Coffee.

We make the social and economic value creation of people with disabilities sustainable.

First, if people with disabilities find it difficult to live and work, we would like to provide assistance and support there.

We are happy to see "improvement" regardless of whether or not a person has a disability.

We want to support them, make coffee that is valuable, and consume it, Diverse coffee is the first step to creating a sustainable loop.

Coffee is produced by a physically handicapped person from 67 farms belonging to COOXUPE, the largest agricultural cooperative in Brazil. When purchasing Diverse coffee, we pay a premium. Support for the labor of the physically handicapped, improvement of the working environment, training of producers, support for quality improvement, improvement of livelihood, etc. Specific support measures can be discussed with customers and production areas. We can also work together to improve quality in the future.
